It's been a while

I'll probably do a proper post tomorrow around the same time I do up a letter for ma. Just wanted to say things are going very well. I've shed almost forty pounds...just a few more to go for that. Five more pounds and I'll hit the first goal I had :D The exercise has helped keep my Bipolar extremely leveled out and losing a lot of weight has made many things much easier! It's going great ;)

Jeez I need to post more !!

With Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc etc...I've been pretty slack with Blogger...but I will try to catch it up in the next day or so. I would tonight, but I'm pretty much exhausted after biking today on only a couple hours of sleep in pretty warm weather...
Not sure if I will bike tomorrow or split my days, some on the bike, some working on the Couch to 5K and some on strength/weights/calisthenics. I guess I really need to make a new schedule with the biking now involved ;)
